  • Sell and close a $10-G EXIT Strategy Listing and become qualified as a contestant.
  • "Contest" will be held shortly after (25) $10-G EXIT Strategy Listings have sold and closed.
  • Contestants will be given written notification of the "contest" date no less than 20 calendar days prior to the "contest".
  • All winning contestants must be present at the drawing to win the $10-G Exit Strategy "contest"
  • At the option of the Exit Realty promoting the program, a contestant, by written request received no later than 3 days prior to their
    scheduled "contest", could be assigned a different "contest" date in the event of a personal scheduling conflict.
  • The winning contestant will be paid the winning proceeds no more than 3 business days after the "contest" is held and the winner
    determined.
  • The payees on all award checks will be the winning agent's broker at the time the property went under contract. This is required under state license laws.
  • By prior agreement among participating Exit Realty brokers, Exit Realty agents who win the "contest" will be allowed to retain 100% of the winning and this will be announced to all contestants at the "contest".
  • All Exit Realty agents who sell $10-G Exit Strategy listings are eligible to participate in the "contest" and vie for the $10,000 prize.
  • "Contest" will be done by a third party or Exit Realty King & Associates.
  • All disputes pertaining to the $10-G Exit Strategy program will be resolved solely by Exit Realty King & Associates sponsoring the event. Their ruling is final!
  • Only Selling Agents are eligible for the $10-G Exit Strategy "contest", no Listing Agents will be eligible for the $10-G Exit Strategy "contest". The only time a Listing Agent is entered into $10-G Exit Strategy 'contest' is when the Selling Agent is a Listing Agent too.
