Candice Lannin is a full-time professional real estate affiliate broker serving the Middle Tennessee Area. As your real estate consultant you can expect the highest quality service and dedication. Before joining Exit Realty King and Associates, I began my career in the customer based industry of food service. I was an assistant general manager with Darden Restaurants for eight years. During that time I was also a district trainer for Nashville area Red Lobster Restaurants. Our restaurant received the honor of Best Restaurant in 2003 for best overall performance, and outstanding customer service in the nation.
I started in real estate as a buyer and seller myself working with foreclosure properties. This peaked my interest in a career with Real Estate. I soon became an assistant working for a successful realtor which increased my knowledge of the industry before obtaining my own real estate license. Combining my past experience with formal training in the customer service based industries and my detailed knowledge of real estate gives me the tools that I need to successfully help my clients have an enjoyable experience when buying or selling a home.
