Before joining Exit Realty King & Associates, I was a licensed title insurance agent in south Florida. I worked for North American Title Company which is owned by Lennar Homes. So, my background shows that I've maintained involvement in the real estate industry field all my career. I've closed all types of loans for new construction, resales and refinances. I have extensive knowledge in surveys, title commitments, loan documents and many different loan programs.
Combining my title insurance background with my current knowledge of real estate gives me the ultimate advantage to provide the tools I need to meet all my clients' expectations.
