Owning a home is a substantial investment for any person. Before you make a decision on buying or selling a home, there's a few things I'd like you to know.
My background consists of ten years of retail management, focusing on customer service. This was followed by my introduction to the real estate industry as an administrative assistant for another agent. Being an assistant taught me how to deal effectively with the complexities of a real estate transaction. It also opened my eyes to the lack of customer service in the industry. I became a licensed agent for that reason.
Buying or selling a home is stressful. It's not fair to the homeowner to have to wonder what's going on with the process because their agent won't call them back.
