Pre-Visit Evaluation: We discuss housing and family needs with each transferee prior to their visit. This allows us to make the transferee's visit as organized and productive as possible. You will be assigned an agent based on your needs and areas of interest. The agent you are assigned will contact you to go over in more detail what your needs and concerns are and gather information to organize your home searching trip. We will also direct you to websites that will provide information on schools, communities, demographics, cost of living and more. |

Relocation Package: We send each transferee a relocation package specific to their area of interest. The packages includes a Chamber of Commerce information, map, housing options, statistical data, and community brochures as well as other pertinent information that we can make available. | ||||

Home Search: Once you have chosen an area of interest your agent will have compile a detailed schedule for your trip to evaluate communities and homes for you when you arrive. The agent will work with you to find the right home and assist you throughout the process. Please do not hesitate to ask the agent any pertinent questions while you are searching for your next home, they are there to assist you. | ||||
